| Delivery
Service |
Postage and packing charges are dependant on the weight. We
use an insured next day courier delivery service for Mainland
UK deliveries. Deliveries are normally made between 8 am and
5 pm Monday to Friday and a signature will be required. For
deliveries outside mainland UK eg Highlands, Eire etc - surcharges
in addition to normal charges apply. We aim to despatch goods
from stock within one working day of receipt of your order.
Orders received before noon will usually be delivered on the
next working day. |

Returns |
Items which are returned for an exchange or refund must be received
back within 2 weeks in a new and unused condition, original
packing must be intact, along with all receipts, labels etc
and a completed returns form.
We recommend you use insured/recorded delivery service as
we regret we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in
transit.
Goods that are required to be sent out in exchange will incur
a further carriage charge. Any refund will be made in the tender
type originally transacted. |

Credit Card Payments |
All credit card details will be requested by telephone after
we receive your order. DO NOT send any credit card details via
the Internet. To help us to process your order more efficiently
we require a land line telephone number (not a mobile), additionally
when placing an order, the address given must be the same as
that registered with your credit card company. We will not debit
your card until the day your goods are dispatched. |

Privacy Policy |
We do not disclose buyers information to third parties, other
than our promotional partners. The use of cookies are not employed
on this site. |

Prices |
The prices shown are inclusive of VAT and are checked for accuracy.
Occasionally errors may occur where prices are incorrectly displayed
or change as a result of circumstances beyond our control. In
those situations, you will be informed of the correct/revised
price, if you should not wish to purchase the product concerned
at that price we will cancel that part of the order. |

Exceptions |

Ski and Binding Purchases |
Skis and bindings will not be mounted when purchased unless
we are in possession of your ski boot. Once a new pair of skis
and bindings have been mounted they cannot be refunded or exchanged
- (except skis and bindings that utilise a track system - ie
where we have not drilled into the body of the ski). |

Snowboard and Snowboard Bindings |
Bindings will be supplied un-mounted in all cases, as without
the rider being present it is not possible to safely set up
snowboards. |

Ski and Snowboard Boot Purchases |
Although this service is available we do not recommend it, as
it is virtually impossible to get the right fit without having
the boot custom fitted by an experienced boot fitter. |
